By registering and using this site you acknowledge and consent to these mutually binding terms and conditions, which means that we have entered into a mutually binding agreement.

If you do not accept any of the terms herein, or for whatever reason do not want to enter into this agreement between us, then please exit the site.

If e.g. the regulating law changes, or other circumstances forces us to alter this agreement, we will notify you of the changes through the email address you have provided. It is your responsibility to maintain and regularly monitor this email address, and, if there is substantial changes made and we request you to re-approve the NestDo T’s and C’s to do so to maintain your uninterrupted usage of the site.

If you represent a commercial entity, the use of this site will be subject to a fee. The size of this will depend on a number of different parameters, and subject to a separate agreement between the commercial entity and NestDo.

If you use the site in the capacity of a private homeowner the usage of the site will be free.

The data you provide to us will be secured by the highest industry standard measures and safeguards. We will never pass on or sell your email address or any other data that can identify you personally. We will collect data based on the postal code you have submitted, and this data, sorted only by postal code, will be used for marketing and other means. We will at all times be in full compliance with the European GDPR law and local regulations. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on this.

We will periodically send you a newsletter to the email address you have provided. In this newsletter, we will give you useful information and tips regarding the up-keeping and maintenance of your home. In addition, this newsletter will contain paid ads or other types of marketing from various organizations.

We will also sell space on the site for marketing purposes.

Remember that if you click on any ad or other links in the site or the newsletter, you are providing your IP address and possibly other data to the organization behind the link. We cannot take responsibility for this or other data that you provide clicking on links and subsequent entries.

The site provides for free text entries, has document storage possibilities, discussion forums etc. We will monitor these for unlawful acts, and remove comments, entries, or documents that in our sole judgement is unlawful or abusive. We will report any unlawful activities to appropriate authorities. NB; you as a user hereby agree NOT TO post or upload any material, text or document that is direct or indirectly unlawful, and agree to take full personal responsibility for any and every direct or indirect resulting damage such posting or uploading direct or indirectly cause any party including third parties.

By using this site you gain access to our intellectual property. If you engage in, or advise a similar venture as NestDo, or use our intellectual property in any way for other commercial purposes, you will cause damage to NestDo and agree to fully compensate NestDo for this damage on demand.

All services on this site are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any warranty of any kind.
