  1. How is my data protected?
    We use the most sophisticated and advanced security protocol and systems available. And you are using a robust and unique password! But the best security is possibly that the information about your name, address, bankcard etc. don’t even exist in our systems…so the value for any bad guy hacking our system is zero even if he/she could.   2. What is a robust and unique password?
    Good question as data-theft very often is a result of a poor password. So, what is robust? Well, the minimum requirement is 8 characters, which should be a mix of high/low case letters, numbers, and signs like e.g. # or €. For example “!23Pluto” is all that, but if your dog’s name actually is Pluto, maybe this is not such a great password anyhow. Unique is also important, i.e. that you don’t use the same fantastic password for everything.

  3. Is NestDo ECO-friendly?
    Yes! In several ways actually. Firstly NestDo will help you to use less resources; if you maintain instead of repair you will use less resources (and money), and if you have to repair doing it sooner and planned will use less resources (and money) compared to later and unplanned. NestDo will also only promote ECO-friendly products and methods!

  4. How does NestDo make money?
    We sell ads, but balanced, because no one want their screen clogged with ads. We will never sell your email, but we email you very special offers (that we have scrutinized), and for this we will get paid. Small businesses use NestDo as their maintenance system, and for this we charge a small fee. We also plan to sell statistical data which is built on your inputs. Never ever your personal data, but accumulated together with all other users and only sorted by zip-code.

  5. How does NestDo make money for me?
    In several ways: Firstly by cost-avoidance, i.e. doing meaningful maintenance instead of costly repairs. Secondly by safekeeping all your receipts and invoices so you have a chance of claiming refunds during warranty, or from the insurance company. Thirdly offering low pricing thru our partners for quality products and material for your maintenance and projects. Fourthly thru our Nail-system where you can earn nails when contributing to NestDo with new users or best practices. These nails can then be used for buying things you need. Lastly, if you ever sell your property, documented in NestDo it will sell for a premium above the market. Also, in the future we will offer lower insurance premiums and lower mortgage interest rates for active NestDo users.

  6. How do I get started?
    It is really easy! After doing the registration only providing a valid email, first name or alias you want us to call you by, and your country/zip-code you are ready to go. The first step as a user is to configure your property, which can be done little by little. NestDo is constructed to be really intuitive and easy, creating to-do’s, or maintenance tasks to complete by you or someone else, e.g. your better half or a contractor. Just hit the REGISTER-button! You will be a real pro in no-time!

  7. Give a good example of how I get real value from NestDo!
    Will give you two, but both about painting:
    1) You have repainted your living room, and of coursed recorded this in NestDo, including a picture of the can of paint. A year later the kids have other kids at home, and oooops, you need to repaint a small part. Easy, you just buy the smallest available amount of exactly the same color – which you have available two clicks away in NestDo. Done.
    2) Now we are outside, and we all know what can happen with unprotected wood, it sucks water and eventually start to rot. Big job fixing as all the bad needs to be replaced, painted three times etc…. Different parts of the house is affected differently by sun/rain – the environment. So repainting the whole house when the first parts starts to need it is way too early for the less affected parts. But who can keep track of all different places, painting them with different intervals? NestDo can! Could reduce the cost of up keeping your façade with 50%!
